Training is provided at machine delivery and is tailored to the customer’s requirements. Additional or refresher training is available as needed. Software training can be delivered over a web link as convenient. 

Most customers require an annual calibration of the measuring transducers as part of their internal quality procedures. Huxley Bertram can provide this service, usually at the same time as a service visit, or a third party can be used. 

Calibrations are traceable to national standards. Comprehensive certificates are provided. 

Huxley Bertram’s experts are available to answer day-to-day queries on machine operation, and support contracts can be purchased following expiry of the warranty period. Most machines can be linked to the internet for remote diagnosis and monitoring. 

Huxley Bertram is keen to assist customers with new test requirements — from new software features through to new instrumentation and complete fixtures. The machine and software are designed to make new developments as straightforward as possible.
